The Washington Maker Workshop is a place for kids in the Washington Neighborhood, kids from The River Community and other Maker Clubs to Play, Learn, Build, Create and Make! The workshop will inspire kids through hands-on science, technology, engineering, art and math projects to become the inventors of the future.
The Washington Maker Workshop is funded entirely by grants and mostly run by volunteers. Our leadership team consists of educators and engineers who are passionate about bringing hands-on making to kids.
